This perk gives you +10 Guns, +2 DT, and unlocks unique dialogue options in conversation.
It also can be acquired during the Path of the Scientist, if the Player Character have the Vault Tech 2 perk. The perk will remain even if the player later decide to join the Vault 18 Security against Enclave Squad Leonidas.
