Defeat The Enclave! is a Main Quest in Fallout: New California.
Synopsis[]
The Enclave Patriots are about to break into Hydroponics, where the Vault 18 Security are making their last stand to defend the Overseer.

Detailed Walkthrough[]
The quest is started during the quest Save the Vault!, once you speak to Chief Evanson he will ask you to help fend off the attack from the Patriots.
It will take a few minutes for the Patriots to breach the door, giving one a short time to prepare. A light machine gun in low condition can be found on the security barricade. If you have a science skill of 50, you can activate the turret in the middle of the room by hacking the terminal on the floor near the turret. You can also hack the terminal (science 50) by the flaming door straight ahead of the turret and activate two Protectrons. (The terminal Dr. Kobal tells you about to ignite the aerosol is not in the game as of version 231.)
Once you have fended off the patriots, you will get an objective to kill Chevy Bragg. She is in the office of vault security, you can encounter her on the way out of the vault or you can use the pipeworks through the Bathrooms. Once you have killed her, you have to take her keys and go into the armory and free or kill Johnny Matheson. Johnny is lying on the floor in the large cell, in the right corner. Once he has escaped or is dead, the quest will end. If Chevy was killed and Johnny was dealt with prior to starting the quest, the objective will be skipped.
Note: Sometimes Johnny bugs and will not be in the cell. You will need to reload a checkpoint prior to killing Bragg to fix it.
